Since we are now fully installed into our new home I now have an opportunity to say thank you properly.

You may recall that I initially intended to sell 88 Main Street myself knowing that my property would probably sell itself, but I am very pleased I decided to compromise!

I do believe that if I had not researched and spoken to the local agents I would probably have given my business to a 'high street' agent and would be feeling overcharged and dissatisfied at this moment. But, I am very happy to say that is far from how I feel.

Your service, right from the first consultation was significantly better than other agents who had been to give valuations.
