About Us

Adrian Taylor is a Director of Wisemove Property & Financial Services Ltd. Adrian is a founder member of the company and for many years has had the vision of an alternative type of property marketing company, which can encompass low fees, excellent levels of service and bring together everything else that customers may need to sell or buy property under one roof. Adrian's past includes 15 years within the financial services industry offering advice and helpful service to clients on a one to one basis. The areas of advice have included, guiding customers through the house buying process, also helping many customers sort out their mortgages and any associated cover needed for these mortgages. Adrian is local to Sleaford and his family have lived in the town for many decades, he is married and has two young children.

Pete Wilkinson is also a Director and founder member of Wisemove Property & Financial Services Ltd. Pete has been a main driving force together with Adrian in the formation of the company, which started in late 2002. Pete's career experience and dealings with estate agents in the past has always led him to believe that there is a large void in the market for a top class but low charging property marketing company that one day will revolutionise the estate agency industry. Pete has worked within financial services for the last 15 years for mainstream building societies that have dealt with estate agency and mortgages. Pete's forte has been to understand clients needs when moving, and deliver what they require whether buying or selling property. Pete is married with two young children and lives in the Lincoln area.
