Step 2: Our First Meeting
At a mutually convenient time we will visit you at your home to:

how the Wisemove process will help you i.e. save you hundreds or even thousands
of £'s for selling your property. | |

| Discuss
the price you would like to market your property for. |
| | |
| | Take
quality digital photographs and property particulars to enable us to market &
sell your property. | | | |
| | Obtain
your agreement to market your property by completing the registration form. (Assuming
you are happy to proceed). | |
| | Step
3: Marketing Your Property
Once you have instructed Wisemove to market and sell your property we will:
| | Design
your property particulars and send them to you for your approval before marketing
them to potential buyers. | |
| | |
| Advertise
your home in the local property pages at the first available opportunity. |
| | |
| | Market
your property on our website www.wisemove-property.co.uk |
| | |
| | Erect
a unique WISEMOVE For Sale Board outside your property. |
| | |
| | Provide
you with Wisemove's "Sellers Pack" to improve your potential of securing
a buyer your home. |
Step
4: Viewing Your Property
Once we have a potential Buyer, we will:
| | Contact
you, to agree a mutually convenient time for a potential buyer to view your property
with you. | | | |
| | The
next working day after the viewing we will contact the potential buyer to obtain
their intentions and comments about your property. We will feedback to you promptly
any comment's, both positive and negative, that we receive from our conversation
with them. |
Step
5: An Offer is Made for Your Home
Wisemove will:

Contact
you with the price offered - (you decide whether this
is acceptable). |

|
|
|
|
Upon
confirmation of agreed sale price between yourselves and
your buyer, we will forward a copy of the "offer
agreement form" to both sets of solicitors giving
details of the agreed sale price. |

|
|
|
|
We
will then invoice your solicitor for the outstanding balance
for the service we have provided. |
|
|
|
|
|
This
balance will be paid to Wisemove by your solicitor at
the time your property sale completes. |
